Return Policy (No Returns for Customized Merchandise):

At GoodStuff, we specialize in creating customized merchandise tailored to your preferences. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except in the case of defective or damaged items.

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 (SEVEN) days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
